“Doctors without borders” is a private medical first aid organization, with their basic principles written down in a Charter. One of these principles is to help all victims regardless of their ethnic origin or their religious or political beliefs. “Doctors without borders” is neutral and impartial and works free of any bureaucratic constraints.
