Important information: You’ll receive the ticket by mail/UPS. The ticket is valid for one Miniatur Wunderland visit within our regular opening hours. The ticket includes the wonderful option to reserve a time frame for your arrival, which has been especially allotted for ticket holders. After receiving the ticket you can enter your ticket number at www.miniatur-wunderland.com/vip. You will get access to the reservation system, where you can choose the desired date and time for your visit. If you need to change the selected time window, you need to change your reservation BEFORE your chosen time window has closed – otherwise your ticket becomes invalid. You can change it as often as you wish without your ticket losing its validity until you actually use it. As long as you have NOT chosen a time window, your ticket has unlimited validity! With this ticket you can also visit Miniatur Wunderland without a reservation, but you have to anticipate waiting queues!

Now you can present the most popular variant of our 4 guided tours to a loved one: Variant 4 - Behind the scenes, duration 60 minutes. A guided backstage tour last about 60 minutes and starts at our control center. A group contains no more than 6 persons and is guided through maintenance aisles. After being welcomed by your guide, you will proceed directly to the American section. Your guide will give a brief introduction with interesting details at the start of the tour. The next stop is Scandinavia with it's large water basin and hidden staging area for ships. During the tour, your guide will explain interesting details regarding the concept, modelling, development and technology of this area. You are welcome to take pictures or use your video cam! Hamburg is the next place to see on the tour. As in other parts, you will gain an insight on wiring, decoders, computers etc. here. Thereafter, the tour stops over in Knuffingen, the most famous city in the Wunderland. You will learn details and functions about our “intelligent” cars, the Car System, and you get to see the charging-area of the Car System. The tour completes with a visit to the airport area. Here, you will get the chance to walk behind the runways and close up to the aircraft lift, which connects the runways to three lower levels hidden beneath the surface of Knuffingen Airport. After that, the tour closes at 'Neuschwanstein Castle'. If all members of the group agree, the suggested order of the tour can be modified. Please note: This gift certificate is valid for one person and does not include the entrance fee! Even with a gift certificate, guided tours should be reserved due to the high demand.
