Shipping & Delivery Terms

General Information on Shipping & Shipping Costs:

If you are asked for a phone number when completing your purchase: This is now a mandatory requirement by our shipping provider UPS. You can add your phone number by logging into your customer account and editing the desired address there.

Shipping from Hamburg takes place at the latest within 5 working days (Mon - Fri) after your payment has been irrevocably received. Orders with products that require special processing or other specific indications (e.g., inventory announcements, warnings related to the COVID-19 pandemic, or technical issues) may result in delayed shipping. Please refer to the individual product descriptions or general notices in the shopping cart, on the homepage, or on other pages that must be reviewed during the ordering process.

We ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, or regular postal mail (not trackable). The shipping costs include a €2.50 packaging and handling fee. All listed shipping costs include the legally mandated VAT.

To offer our customers the lowest possible shipping costs based on service, the calculation is dependent on weight and delivery zone. This means that shipping costs for small parts, accessories, etc., with relatively low weight are usually lower than for large, heavy products. Additionally, delivery within Germany is significantly cheaper than, for example, to Australia. The shopping cart includes a shipping cost calculator. The "estimated shipping costs" are accurate if you do not add or remove any more items from the cart. If you change the order, the shipping costs may also change.

For UPS deliveries to non-EU countries, UPS may charge additional handling fees, which may vary in amount and are beyond our control!

The FREE SHIPPING option only applies to SPECIFIC OFFERS THAT ARE CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH. If you still select free shipping, we reserve the right to charge the postage retrospectively.

PayPal Payments:

PayPal payments are processed via PayPal Inc (a subsidiary of eBay) using an external form. You can log in to PayPal or pay without an account. The payment is verified by PayPal, and a corresponding confirmation is sent to us upon successful submission. After the order is placed, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation via email with all the details. PayPal then processes the due amount using the method agreed upon with you. We will continue processing your order as if you had already paid in cash.
