Delivery- & Shippedconditions

General information on shipping & handling charges:
The dispatch from Hamburg takes place 2-3 working days (Mon. - Fri.) after irrevocable receipt of your payment. In principle, this deviates orders with products that involve a special processing effort or generally other specified information (e.g. inventory announcements, warnings about the corona pandemic or technical malfunctions) for a delayed dispatch. Please take the individual product descriptions into account or general information in the shopping cart, the home page or other pages that must be used as part of the ordering process.

We send orders with United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or letter post (not traceable). The shipping costs include € 2.50 packaging and handling fees. Charges listed include all VAT. To ensure the lowest possible shipping costs for our customers, we charge according to the individual weight of an order. As a general rule, orders including mostly small parts and accessories of low weight are cheaper, than orders including large and heavy products.
The option “Free Shipping & Handling” only applies to specially marked products and special offers. If you choose “Free Shipping & Handling” anyways, we are entitled to subsequent billing.

Prepayment:
You place a prepayment via bank transfer. If you choose this option with your order, you will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail including our banking details and an order code. Please include your order code and your first and last name as “reason for payment on your bank transfer form. We ship upon the irrevocable receipt of your payment. Please note that the money transfer may take 1 – 5 days depending on the day of the week and the rate your respective bank is working at.

Credit card:
Credit card payment is conducted via “Internet Sparkasse” using an external form.” Internet Sparkasse” will verify your payment. Upon successful receipt we will get a notice. You then will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail including all details of your order. “Internet Sparkasse” will debit your credit card accout. We will handle your order as already paid by cash. Use this option to expedite processing of your order.

PayPal:
PayPal payment is conducted via PayPal Inc using an external form.” PayPal” will verify your payment. Upon successful receipt we will get a notice. You then will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail including all details of your order. “PayPal” will debit your accout. We will handle your order as already paid by cash. Use this option to expedite processing of your order.
