Shipping and Payment

General Information about Shipping & Shipping Costs:

If you are asked for a phone number when completing the purchase: This is now a mandatory requirement from our shipping service provider UPS. You can add the phone number by logging into your customer account and editing the desired address.

Shipping from Hamburg will occur within 5 business days (Mon. - Fri.) after irrevocable receipt of your payment. Orders involving products requiring special processing or subject to other special notices (e.g., inventory notices, COVID-19 pandemic warnings, or technical issues) may have delayed shipping. Please take note of the individual product descriptions or general notices in the shopping cart, on the homepage, or other pages that must be reviewed during the ordering process.

We ship orders using United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, or postal mail (non-trackable). The shipping costs include a €2.50 packaging & handling fee. All listed shipping costs include the legally applicable VAT.

To offer our customers the lowest possible and performance-related shipping costs, the calculation is based on weight and delivery zone. This means that the shipping costs for small items, accessories, etc., with relatively low weight are usually lower than for shipping large, heavy products. Also, delivery within Germany is significantly cheaper than, for example, to Australia. In the shopping cart, there is an option to calculate the shipping costs. The "estimated shipping costs" are exact if you do not add or remove any more items from the cart. If you change your order, the shipping costs may also change.

For UPS deliveries to non-EU countries, UPS may charge additional handling fees, which vary and are beyond our control!

The FREE SHIPPING option only applies to specifically INDICATED offers. If you still select free shipping, we are entitled to charge the shipping costs afterward.

PayPal Payments:

PayPal payments are processed via PayPal Inc (a subsidiary of eBay) through an external form. You log in to PayPal or pay without an account. The payment is verified by PayPal, and after successful entry, we receive confirmation. After the order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email with all the details. PayPal will process the payment according to your agreement with them. We will continue to process your order as if you had already paid in cash.
