You will receive the tickets by mail or UPS. On our website, you can then easily activate them for your desired visit time. All information about this is included with the tickets.

Gift tickets are valid for a one-time visit during our regular opening hours (not during evening events).Who are the tickets for?
* Reduced tickets apply to the following groups of people
- Students aged 16 and over
- Federal volunteers/civilian service/voluntary social year
- Seniors aged 65 and over
- People with a severely disabled person's ID
- Accompanying person for B or H in the severely disabled person's ID
- Recipients of ALG I or II (unemployment benefits)
